Cancellation Policy

Parent Tot classes are designed for children approximately ~2–3 years old and their participating parent/caregiver. Classes are structured to support early movement skills, coordination, confidence, & positive introduction to fitness in a fun & age-appropriate environment. Younger siblings are welcome to attend with their parent or caregiver at no additional charge. Younger siblings are welcome to tag along, but the class activities are designed primarily for the enrolled 2–3-year-old participants. Parents/caregivers are responsible for supervising younger siblings throughout the class & ensuring they remain safe & do not interfere with the activities of the participating child or other class members. For safety and space considerations, Warrior Club may ask that a younger sibling remain with the parent or caregiver rather than actively participate in certain activities. A parent or designated caregiver is expected to remain with & actively participate alongside the enrolled child during Parent Tot class. The parent/caregiver is responsible for the supervision & safety of all children they bring to class. Warrior Club reserves the right to modify participation or seating arrangements when necessary to maintain a safe and positive environment for all children & families. By attending Parent Tot class, parents/caregivers acknowledge & agree to these guidelines. A separate Warrior Club waiver and release must be completed for each younger sibling who attends class, even if the sibling is attending only as an accompanying child and is not actively participating in the class. The waiver must be completed by the child's parent or legal guardian before or upon their first attendance. By bringing a younger sibling to class, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges the risks associated with being present in an active fitness environment and agrees to the terms of the applicable Warrior Club waiver and release. Warrior Club reserves the right to require a younger sibling to remain in a designated area with their parent or caregiver, or to ask that the sibling not attend a particular class, if their presence creates a safety concern or interferes with the class.
